Our summer shipping season is well underway, as evidenced by this - our second tanker delivering heating oil and/or gas and/or aviation fuel for the year. We've already had a tanker this year, our first sealift the other day (which was the shortest sealift I've ever seen, I didn't even get down to watch some of the unloading), three Coast Guard ships, a Cruise Ship, and rumours of a foreign submarine.
Still to come is another sealift ship this coming week, and a third sealift ship in October. It is the first time since I've been here that we've had a third ship since I've been here. It is a good thing though, as my tires that were supposed to be on the ship this week are still sitting in Ottawa at the expediters, although it is apparently somehow my fault.
